I hope everyone had a fabulous Mother's Day! My boys had a blast at the Pickens County Rodeo - wasn't my first rodeo, but, well... you know! They were a little distracted by the kids' mechanical bull ride, rock climbing wall, and tractors...but they saw a good portion of the "show". Definitely a fun outing, and I'm glad we made it out Saturday night, since Sunday was such a dreary day!
Did you get any nice or unusual gifts? Leave it to the kids...Drew got very creative. He found a bunch of loose change and wrapped it up in scotch tape to create a coin ring and necklace! Talk about bling....it was definitely creative, though I told him I probably wouldn't leave the house with money around my neck. Jack gave me some of his toys. He seemed to think I needed a (plastic) fish for my bathtub. It's the thought.... :)
Anyway, it was nice meeting many of you at the Atlanta Baby and Child Expo on Saturday, and at the What to Expect When You're Expecting Screening on Monday. We've been busy! We'll be at the Briar Vista Elementary Spring Fling. Stop by and say hello!!
