Want a toy that your child will play with for days and weeks on end? The Zoomer Show Pony is a huge hit in my house. From her graceful movements and real pony sounds to her loving companionship, my daughters are in awe of their newest toy, and they just won’t leave the house without her.
Our Zoomer Show Pony came with four accessories including an apple, carrot and a sugar cube that we use to feed, groom, and train her to perform different tricks. Press the heart badge on her chest and she performs tricks, including dancing, singing or even doing a figure eight. Besides watching all her tricks, my girls enjoy brushing her hair in "grooming mode". She makes "purring" noises and her eyes light up like hearts to show her feelings. When we pet her cheeks and nose, she nuzzles into our hands. What fun for my daughters!
Be sure to give your pony lots space to move around. Her tricks work best in large rooms or outdoor flat spaces. She doesn’t move around as easily on carpet or grass.
The Zoomer Show Pony comes with a little cheat sheet, which is helpful since at first my girls would forget her cues. (They no longer need it now, since they have become well acquainted over the last few days.) The instructions are very easy to read and understand. First, feed the carrot to enter training mode, and then use the cheat sheet to see what tricks she can do. For example, one simple instruction would be: Feed her the sugar cube 3 times and she'll enter "hyper mode".
Zoomer Show Pony has been great for my girls. The suggested age is 5 and up, but she is easy enough for my girls age 2 and 3 to train. My only wish is that there was a place to keep all the accessories - my girls always seem to misplace them. I think I will make her a saddle bag to carry all her pieces!
