COME HELP IMPROVE AND PRESERVE OUR WONDERFUL PARK
Focus on one key project and continue overall park upkeep:
1 - Tree Planting - native tree planting off of Longbranch Court (NE Parkside)
2 - Announcement Board - repairing plexiglass and trim around SE board (by SW spillway)
Other items include lake clean-up (weather permitting), causeway clean-up, trails/pavilions, and parking lots.
Bring your canoes/kayaks, or sign-up to use one of the three canoes on hand w/ MCPC. We'd love to have max clean-up on the causeway, along the trails, around the pavilions,and in the parking lots.
We will collect & consolidate trash, recycling & debris, and the City of Brookhaven P&R will pick up. Great for team-building and school/scout service hours. Let MCPC know if you require Service Hour letters for your group.
Dress appropriately and bring gloves & tools. Bulk, iced water will be provided - please bring a reusable drinking bottle.
