TREE LIGHTING CELEBRATIONS

Light Up Brookhaven - Dec. 8 from 6-8pm. Annual event at Blackburn Park. Musical performances, visits with Santa (parents welcome to take pics), Christmas & Hanukkah crafts, hot chocolate sale, lighting of the Christmas tree & Hanukkah display.

Atlanta Botanical Garden - Garden Lights, Holiday Nights - Through Jan. 7 from 5pm - 10pm nightly. Plus see the Holiday Model Train day and night.  

Christmas at Callanwolde - Through Dec. 29. New this year - Christmas at Callanwolde Light Show include a 20+ foot programmed Christmas tree which is digitized to music, a singing forest, and a kids-only area featuring snow! Outdoor illumination is nightly from 6-10pm. Additional special events include LEGOLAND Discovery Center Breakfast with Santa (Dec. 3 & 10); Teddy Bear Tea (Dec. 4 & 11) & more.

Lanier Islands Magical Nights of Lights (BUFORD) -  Through Jan. 3. One of the best holiday light displays in the southeast. Drive through miles of dazzling lights and experience the joy of the season. Accommodations Available. 

Callaway Gardens Fantasy in Lights (PINE MOUNTAIN) -  Through  Jan. 7. One of the world's "Top 10 Places to See Holiday Lights." Accommodations/ Packages available. See website, also theme nights.

Lanierworld's Winter Adventure (BUFORD) -  Nov. 27 to Jan. 3. In addition to the drive-through lights, you can stay and play in the snow (play zones & slides), enjoy carnival rides, holiday shopping and more. 

The Children's Christmas Parade - Dec. 3  to benefit Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Midtown Atlanta will be transformed into Santa Claus Lane. Floats, giant helium-filled balloons & marching bands - it's the largest holiday parade in the southeast.

Holiday Bricktacular at LEGOLAND Discovery Center - Every weekend in December. Big tree build on Dec. 3 & 4.
