Tickets Going Fast! Get Them While You Can!

January 30, 2015
People outside of Atlanta area should be green with envy - what with the wealth of amazing theatre we've had here of late! And it's not just the Broadway in Atlanta season either - there are wonderful productions all over town and for all ages!  Newsies was phenomenal (and it WAS part of Broadway in Atlanta), and I'm still kicking myself for not bringing the kids with me to see that one. I've seen WICKED twice already, but this time, I'll be bringing at least one of my boys. It's one of my favorites, and I'm pretty sure they'd both love it. If you're able, this is definitely one worth splurging on. I could go again and again....

Variety calls WICKED "a cultural phenomenon,” and the last time it played Atlanta, it broke North American sales records. Winner of 50 major awards, including a Grammy and three Tony Awards, WICKED is “Broadway’s biggest blockbuster” (The New York Times).

Long before that girl from Kansas arrives in Munchkinland, two girls meet in the land of Oz. One - born with emerald green skin - is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good makes for "the most complete - and completely satisfying - new musical in a long time" (USA Today).
